RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Frog N Princess is happy to accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days from shipment date and are subject to the following conditions:

*Return request must be made within 14 days from date of shipment

*Returns require authorization number. Send request to frognprincess@adelphia.net and reason for return

*All original tags should be attached  along with original packaging(ie. shoe box)

*No exchanges or store credits on the following: swimwear, special occasion, holiday, or special orders(ie. Preorders)

*No credit on shipping charges

PREORDERS

Preorders for merchandise to ship at  future date  will be shipped as they become available. Preordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time.  We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time you place your order.  Balance will be charged once items are ready to ship.

If your charge does not work and we receive no response from you within a weeks time, the item will then go into stock and the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

If an item is not made or we never receive it from the manufacturer, you will be reimbursed on your deposit. If you cancel a preorder your deposit is non-refundable

Online Sales and website policy

The Frog N' Princess "On-Line" order system has many items available for purchase through PayPal.com.  Our order system uses a secure on-line tranaction server through pay-pal, so your personal information is never at risk.  Neither The Frog N' Princess or Pay Pal collects, stores, distributes, or sells your personal information beyond the need of the current sales transaction.  The Frog N' Princess does not have access to your credit card information.  PayPal conducts the one time transfer of funds, but does not disclose any information to The Frog N' Princess beyond the shipping and contact information required to complete your online order.

If, however, you prefer not to (or simply can't) conduct sales transactions via the Internet; please feel free to call The Frog N' Princess at: 724-941-8589 and we will be happy to assist you in your purchases over the phone.
